I, Carolus Y. Arphienius, was born on the Ides of March, the day on which the Roman dictator perpetuo, the Roman Imperator, Gaius Julius Caesar, was stabbed 23 times by his fellow Roman senators and consequently assassinated in the Theatre of Pompey, dating back to 44 B.C. This day marked the fall of Roman Republic and the beginning of a new principate era, or commonly known as the Roman Empire.
